Lenore was always available and went above and beyond on the sale of our home. She was very resourceful at every step of the sale. She always kept us posted and advised us on the house without overspending. She managed to involve other agents whenever things got tough to ease the transaction, and kept a positive attitude whenever any pitfalls arose. Lenore even borrowed a truck and drove to Ft. Myers to purchase new hurricane shutters for the house. We had thought we had them, but could not locate them. She just solved the problem and we had a successful sale. Thank you Lenore Vitale with John R. Wood Properties.
A dear friend of mine who has used Lenore Vitale with John R. Wood Properties before, in selling and buying homes for her mother, recommended her to me. I sold my home in South Naples with her help. There were many things that needed to be prepared first before I could sell. Lenore helped with many of the items, including having her handyman repair the driveway that was cracked. She even had her husband help with removing some items that were no longer needed. The sale of the home was successful and was the highest price paid in my neighborhood. Lenore then went on to help me find another home in Bonita Springs that has already gone up $100,000. in value. She truly made the whole selling and buying a less stressful experience. I would highly recommend her!
